1) Our HGJ Series Air Current Dryer is professionally designed for drying different kinds of small biomass materials. It has advantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintenance, etc. In addition, all the round places of pipes can be adjusted to any angle which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation. The Cost of this Air Current Dryer is much lower than Rotary Dryer.
2) Regarding HGJ-I and HGJ-II Type Dryer (With one stove),it is proper to process wood sawdust materials whose humidity is between 20%-25%.It can reduce the humidity to 12% per drying time. Regarding HGJ-III (With two stoves),it is proper to process wood sawdust materials whose humidity between 35%-50%.It can reduce the humidity to 8%-12% per drying time. That means it can reduce approx.30% humidity for per drying time. But if the humidity of materials is lower than 35%, the capacity will be increased and consume less of fuel.
3) Working Principle: In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and material is suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and solid is large, heat transfer rate is high. It’s peculiarly suitable for drying heat sensitive material like sawdust, rice shell, milled stalks etc. In drying process, clean cool air is heated by hot air stove, and mixed with wet material sent by spiral feeder. Wet sawdust is dried in few minutes. Dried material is discharged through centrifugal fan. Exhaust air is let out into atmosphere. Note: All of round places can be adjusted to any angle of 360 centigrade degrees base operation request. Customers can change the angle of dryer base on the dimension of working plant.
